About Us:

Vaca Services LTD provides External Wall Insulation (EWI) and Silicone Rendering solutions across private and social housing properties. We are expanding our team and looking for a Multi-Trader who is competent in various enabling and post-enabling property works.

The Role:

We require an experienced Multi-Trader who can prepare and complete enabling works for insulation and rendering projects. This role includes pre-installation modifications and post-project reinstatements, ensuring all properties are restored to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-installation works, including waste pipe extensions, toilet SVP extensions, tap installations, and minor property adjustments.
  • Post-installation enabling works, such as re-fitting pipes, downpipes, taps, fences, gates, Window overcills and guttering.
  • Competent in mastic and silicone sealing around windows, doors, and boundaries.
  • Support loft insulation installation if needed.
  • Ensure work is completed to a high standard, efficiently, and neatly.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a multi-trader (2+ years preferred).
  • Competence in multiple trades (plumbing, minor carpentry, mastic/silicone work).
  • CSCS card (essential).
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve on-site.
  • Full UK driving license
  • Own vehicle & tools preferred, if self employed
